Refund policy

Every BRUJWLS piece is made to order by hand. Because each item is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

Damaged Items
We pack every order with care, but if something arrives broken, we want to make it right. Please contact us at hello@brujwls.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage and packaging. Once we review and confirm the issue, we will repair or replace the piece at no cost to you.

Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery cannot be accepted.

Order Cancellations
Since we begin work on each piece shortly after an order is placed, cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of purchase. After that, the order is already in progress and cannot be cancelled.
